Swimming
I grew up on the Murray River and learned to swim the hard way. Against my fathers advice I walked out and then off the edge a sand bar, I nearly drowned. After that I was a very attentive student at swimming lessons. Something must have rubbed off because I'm now a fully qualified swimming teacher. Swimming would have to be one of the best exercises for the whole body and I encourage everyone to take up swimming, I need the overtime.
My ambition is to teach adults and become a coach. Maybe one day I'll teach a kid in a country town who nearly drowned in a river.

Fishing
Is there anything better [apart from sex] than standing in the middle of
a trout stream rod in hand retrieving line from a perfectly directed cast?
I don't think so. I first started fishing when I was very young on the Murray
River. The smell of clay banks, climbing up river roots, getting stung by
mozzies at dusk and waiting for that elusive bite.
Cars
You know your working class when your mother owned a V8 and your sister spray-painted her car. I've spent to many hours working on cars. My first car was an orange VH Charger with a 265 hemi and a 4-speed gearbox. I currently own a HK Holden Brougham (mums old car) with a 350 Chev.
